Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time：
Typically, all in-stock orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. In rare cases, we may need additional time to process certain orders.
Shipping Times And Fees：
FREE Shipping On Orders Over £99
Standard shipping of £5.99 will be charged for orders under £99
Delivery Time:
- Within the UK: 2-3 business days
- Outside the UK: 10-12 business days
(Due to the expensive shipping costs to the Philippines, we charge £15.99 for standard shipping to the Philippines)
Courier Tracking:
Tracking numbers are provided via email notification.
Import Duties & Taxes：
We ship to our UK customers with duty & taxes paid, so customers in UK will not be charged any customs fee.
Customers outside UK are liable for any duties & taxes incurred once your parcel reaches the destination country. Delivery to any other country, including but not limited to: EU, South Africa or any European country outside of the EU.
Notes :
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to custom clearance issues and insuffient stocks.
3）The customer’s address is incorrect and the delivery fails, and the buyer is responsible for the consequences. If the address is changed, we need to contact our email info@arkenoptics.com within 24 hours of placing the order. The order address cannot be changed for the package that has been shipped. Please fill in the correct and detailed address.
4) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed to get the issue resolved.
